Westrom, Florence Lillian Natalie passed away into God’s arms on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at the age of 92 years. Loving mother of her children, Doreen (Jerry) Wiebe, Alden (Linda) Westrom; her son-in-law, Harold Nelson; she will be missed by her 9 grandchildren; her 16 great-grandchildren; and her 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Albin Westrom; her daughter, Gladys Nelson; and by an infant son, Albin Richard. The family is grateful for the compassionate care given by the staff at the Gull Lake Special Care Centre. The Funeral Service was held on Monday, August 20, 2007 at 2:00 pm from the Church of the Open Bible, Swift Current, SK with Pastor Cliff Janzen officiating. The organist for the service was Shirley Deobald. The ushers in the church were Howard Heard and Robert Klassen. The Interment preceded the Funeral Service and was held at the Memory Gardens Cemetery, Swift Current, SK with the following grandchildren serving as pallbearers, Harvey Wiebe, Doug Wiebe, Gayle Brandrick, Glen Wiebe, Greg Nelson, Dennis Nelson, Brent Nelson, Kent Westrom and Lori Siemens. For those wishing, donations to the Gideons International, Kidney Foundation or to the Church of the Open Bible would be appreciated by the family.
