It is with heavy hearts that the family of Adam Lucken, age 52, announce his sudden passing on Sunday, November 1, 2020 in Morse, SK. Adam is survived by his best friend and loving wife of fifteen years, Kimberly Schneeberger; his children, Jake Lucken and Samantha Lucken; his granddaughter, Aria; his parents, Daniel & Patricia Lucken (Welland, ON); and by many extended family members and friends.
Adam Daniel Lucken was born April 23, 1968 to Daniel & Patricia Lucken in Welland, ON. After high school he set out to become a journeyman mechanic and did just that, along with getting his 1A license. In 2007, Adam & Kim decided to go on an adventure and headed out to the Northwest Territories where Adam worked as a heavy-duty mechanic at Dyvik diamond mine.
After a two-and-a-half-year stay, it was on to Saskatchewan. Adam & Kim found home and settled in Morse, SK, where they were residing at the time of his passing. Adam was so happy that they found a little house with a garage where he could do what he loved doing best — working on his old Dodge trucks. He loved working on old Dodge trucks and always had several projects on the go, but he was never too busy to help out his friends when they needed help with their vehicles. He’d put his own stuff aside to lend a helping hand.
Adam had a great sense of humour and was always fun to be around — for this, he made many friends. Adam will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A Private Family Service was held at the Swift Current Funeral Home. A public Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
