It is with deep sadness that the family of Ahren Marsh announces his passing on January 1st, 2026 at the age of 52. Born in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan on December 25, 1973 to Dale and Mayvis Marsh, Ahren was a kind, fun-loving father of two.
Ahren Marsh was the kind of person who made an impact wherever he went—sometimes loudly, often with laughter, and always with heart. A devoted father, loving partner, community supporter, and master of perfectly timed sarcasm, Ahren lived his life fully and unapologetically.
He was deeply involved in his community, generously volunteering his time and helping raise money for causes he believed in. If something needed doing, Ahren was usually already there—often cracking jokes while getting it done.
Ahren shared his life with his partner, Kelli, who stood beside him through life’s adventures, challenges, and everyday moments. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and plenty of stories that will no doubt be retold for years to come.
He had a lifelong passion for motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidsons. The rumble of an engine and the open road brought him genuine joy, and if there was a chance to talk bikes, he took it—whether you were interested or not.
Above all else, Ahren’s pride and joy were his children, Micheal and Elizabeth. He was a dedicated and hands-on dad, coaching soccer and baseball and making sure his kids had full, active social lives. He showed up—to games, practices, school events, and every moment that mattered—often as their loudest supporter and biggest fan.
Ahren’s sense of humor was truly one of a kind. Quick-witted, fearless, and sometimes questionably appropriate, he kept everyone laughing. We often joked that he should audition for Kill Tony, because clearly the world wasn’t fully appreciating his comedic genius.
Ahren will be remembered for his generosity, his love for Kelli and his children, his roaring motorcycles, and his ability to make even ordinary moments unforgettable. He leaves behind a community that is better for having known him—and a lot of people who are still laughing at his jokes.
Ahren is survived by his life partner Kelli Brost, son Micheal and daughter Elizabeth.
His parents Dale and Mayvis Marsh and brother Chris. Aunt and uncle Doug and Joanne Janke, uncle Larry Carleton, uncle Dr. Wayne Marsh, his parent in-laws Wayne and Deb Brost, sister in-laws Lindsay (Mark) Strutt and family, Lana (Tyler) and family, numerous nieces, nephews and close friends. Predeceased by his maternal grandparents Paul and Bernadene Janke, paternal grandparents Cliff and Elizabeth Ann "Doris" Marsh, and aunt Myra Carleton.
