Ann Landry

Ann Landry, age 75, passed away peacefully at her residence in Herbert, SK on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.

Ann Alice Doreen (Dworkin) was born on April 17, 1947 in Calgary, AB. In 1964, Ann married George Joseph Amie Landry and this union was blessed with one daughter. Ann & George lived in Fort Saskatchewan, AB until 1976, when the family of three moved to Kibbutz Yizre’el in Israel. They lived there for two years then relocated to Alberta — first to Calgary and later moved to Strathmore. Upon George’s retirement, they moved to Herbert, SK where Ann resided until her passing.

To her friends, Ann was known as a great lady, a great friend, an avid gardener, and an animal lover – especially dogs. Top of the list would be her dog, Chicklet.

Ann was predeceased by her husband, George Landry, in 2012. Ann is survived by her daughter, Laura, and by numerous family and friends.

In memory of Ann Landry, donations made to the Charity of the Donor’s Choice would be appreciated by the family.
