Betty Ann Olson

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Betty Ann Olson on December 20th, 2024. Belly was born February 27th, 1943 in Swift Current, SK to Willard & Helen Clark.

Betty worked at the Geriatric Center, later called the Palliser Hospital and from there she started at the Swift Current Nursing Home where she spent the rest of her career.

Betty always enjoyed the country life. When she moved back to Swift Current she met David Oslon. Over the years as her health started to decline, David was always right by her side. She occupied her time with many hours playing games, talking with her friends and family online and knitting. She loved visitors and having delicious dinners.  We want express our greatest gratitude to David for looking after our mom.

 Betty is survived by her husband David; her daughters Cindy (Bob), Misteen (Henry), Carol (Garry); six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and by her sister Jean Castle.

Betty is predeceased by her parents Willard & Helen Clark, her son Grant, her grandson Robbie; her brother Bill Clark, and her father-in-law Peter Martens.
