Frank Glenn Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Frank Harvey Glenn, age 73, of Swift Current, SK, announce his peaceful passing on Thursday, November 6, 2025, surrounded by family and friends. Frank is lovingly remembered by his wife Laurie Glenn; sons, Justin (David) Glenn and Byron Glenn; Casey (Demi) Schultz  (his children, Eric, Beckett and Ben) and Logan Schultz (his son, Jayse); sister Marcia (Kenneth) Baker – their children, Chris (Candice) Baker, Miranda (Paul) Barrett (their children, Wyatt, Brooke and Jackson); many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; as well as nieces and nephews from the Fersch family, his first wife’s family. He was predeceased by his first wife, Adele (Fersch) Glenn; and by his parents, Raymond & Mary Glenn. Frank Harvey Glenn was born on April 27, 1952, in Swift Current, SK. After high school, he set off on adventures that took him to New Guinea and Australia before returning home and moving to Eston, where he became a certified mechanic. It was there that he met Adele, and they married in 1985. A few years later, Frank took over the family farm, where he poured his heart into his work. Following Adele’s passing in 1997, Frank continued to raise his two boys, Byron and Justin, with unwavering strength and devotion. In time, Frank was blessed to meet Laurie, who, along with her sons, Casey and Logan, completed his family. Frank and Laurie were married on June 24, 2000, beginning a new chapter filled with love, laughter, and countless shared adventures. Frank loved life on the farm just as much as he loved time at the lake. He could always be found on the water, teaching kids to ski, pulling friends and family behind the boat, or simply soaking up the sunshine. Frank was also passionate about golf, often spending days on the course with his close friends Don, Carol, and Bob. He cherished his many snowmobiling trips in the mountains with his brother-in-law, Ken, his friend Rick, and many others. A lifelong lover of anything motorized, Frank’s pride and joy was his 1966 Corvette Stingray with a 427 engine – a car that reflected his spirit: classic, powerful, and full of life. Frank was a teacher in every sense – patient, kind, and generous with his time and knowledge. He instilled in his boys life lessons and skills that will carry on for generations. He was a gentle, respectful, and joyful soul who touched the lives of everyone lucky enough to know him. Frank had a strong faith in God and often found comfort and guidance in prayer, which carried him through life’s joys and challenges. Truly one of a kind.
