Guy Randall Patey passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026, at the age of 73.

Born August 13, 1952, in Lethbridge, Randy was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He worked as an Alberta corrections officer at LCC and CRC, was a dedicated union advocate, later served as a Calgary Transit officer, and in retirement worked for the City of Swift Current.

Randy was passionate about Scouting from a young age and participated in many charity bike rides throughout his life. He will be remembered for his dedication to family, community, and helping others.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Riverview Estates 1101 - 2nd Ave SE Swift Current SK, S9H 5M6 on May 13, 2026, from 2:00–5:00 p.m.
