Kenneth F Edwards

Kenneth Francis Edwards, age 89, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2019 surrounded by his family.  He is survived by his wife Susanna (nee Hildebrand) aged 90, his four children, Scott Edwards (Roseanne Kirkpatrick), Dwight Edwards (Jo-Anne Maslanic), Phyllis Hewitt and Colleen Edwards (Ken Nechwediuk), eight grandchildren (Nicole, Gene, Jason, Sean, Simon, Christina, Kyla, Melanie), four great-grand children and numerous nieces and nephews.  Ken was a farmer, chauffer, heavy-duty mechanic, bus driver, welder, and jack-of-all-trades. He then worked for CP Rail until retirement. He was a skilled carpenter and an avid reader.  He married the love of his life in 1949 and would have celebrated their 70th anniversary this year. He loved hockey and curling, and played both until he was physically unable to do so.  He loved getting out and enjoyed the company of others. He was loved and will be greatly missed.
