Just heard a couple of days ago; we are very sad to hear about Bert's passing. To you, Lexie and all the girls, we offer our most sincere condolences. Have quite a few pictures taken on the farm with Bert and Glen when they came to visit our farm. I will try to send some in case you don't have the same ones. His talents will be so missed, not to mention how much his family will miss his good humor, love and super musicianship. We hope your many wonderful memories will help you cope with the loss.

Sorry to hear of Bert's passing. As a youngster, I have many memories of Bert. As an adult, he always took time to chitchat with me. And of course, I will always remember his grin ;).

Lexie and all the family,
I am very sorry to hear of Bert's passing.
I have many memories of working with him at the school and in the community. Bert was always whistling and since I have the same habit I am often reminded of him. He also earned a very soft spot in my heart because he was the first (and only) person with any musical talent that told me that indeed I could sing, even though it was an octave or two lower than him!
Thinking of you all and the band above has gained another very talented member.

I'm so sorry to hear of Bert's passing. I very fondly recall working with him on the Leader Division Board of Education. He was such a likable man. He always made my day a little brighter with his positive and cheerful attitude. I'll miss him.
