Helen, I heard about Henry's passing after Bob and I got back from vacation. I would have liked to have attended the funeral to pass on my condolences to you and your family, particularly Lavern and Marcie who I knew best from our school years together in Mc Mahon and Wymark. We knew Henry was not well...we hadn't seen you at Stars for Saskatchewan for some time now...seems like a very long time since we used to sit in the same area at the Comp. for those performances! Good memories. Our sympathy to you and your family. Sincerely, Sharon and Bob

On behalf of my mother, Gertie Penner, and my husband Wayne, I would like to express our sympathy to you, Helen, and your family on the loss of Henry. We had a little club of Penner's in those back pews of Bridgeway, several years ago, and it was nice to be there with you both to see your friendly faces and chat a bit. Helen, you and I have run into each other a few times since my dad (Abe Penner) passed and I always asked about Henry, I know you will feel this loss the most so I offer you a verse that has really been my mom's theme verse these past few years; Isaiah 41:10
"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
In my memory, I can still hear my dad say "hello Henry" at church in those back pews. Maybe he has been able to do it again as he welcomes Henry into our heavenly home.

Helen and family, We are sorry to hear of your loss but we are also praising the Lord that Henry is in heaven enjoying a completely healed body and he is waiting for all of you!! When we came to the care centre to see James's parents we so often met Henry in the hallway or we would find him in his room, he always had a smile and without fail would ask how much rain did we have, how are the crops doing, how were seeding and harvesting progressing? We bought land from Henry years ago but Henry was always the farmer!! Cherish the memories and we will be praying for God's love and strength in these coming days. James and Lorna Andres
