Linda Anderson

Linda Carol Anderson was born on May 19, 1958 on the Nekaneet First Nation to Tom and Violet Anderson. She entered in rest on December 5, 2015 in Medicine Hat, AB. Babesim leaves behind to cherish her memory her siblings: Clarence, Alice (Roger), Mildred and Charlene (Charlie); her numerous nieces and nephews: Doreen, Gilbert, Alvin, Kathy, Gerald, Willy, Joe, Lori, Shane, Jason, Nathan, Johnathan, Brenden, Sunny, Kerri-Dawn, Coreen, Ivy, Ryan, Craig, Thomas, Debra, Derek, Carmela, Niomie, Tyrone, Latisha, Latoya; her adopted children: Shokoni and Terrance and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her grandparents: John & Mary Mosquito, Charlie Anderson & Maggie BuffaloCalf; her parents: Tom & Violet Anderson;  her siblings: Wilbert Anderson, Raymond Anderson, and Madeline Davis. We apologize if we have missed anyone’s name, as she had many family members and many friends, it was not our intention.

The Funeral Wake was held on Tuesday, December 8, at the Legion Hall, Maple Creek. The Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, December 9, with the Interment Service being held at the Maple Creek Cemetery with Steven Buchanan, Joey Davis, Derek Pahtayken, Ryan BuffaloCalf, Shane Davis, Craig BuffaloCalf, Garret BuffaloCalf, and Tyrone Pahtayken serving as pallbearers.
